Consilium is now a “Legacy Endorsing Body”. Due to the changes brought in by the UK Home Office in April 2023, there is now a new structure and visa route for foreign innovators and entrepreneurs wishing to set up tech businesses in the UK. The Innovator and Start-up visa programmes have been replaced by the “Innovator Founder” programme by the UK Home Office.

Consilium no longer accept new Start-up/Innovator applications but are authorised to continue maintaining and monitoring their existing endorsed migrants. We only work with our existing endorsee cohort.

As a Legacy Endorsing Body, Consilium can issue Innovator Founder Endorsements only for our existing clients who we have previously endorsed in the Start-up or Innovator visa routes prior to 13^th April 2023 for those are;

• Switching from Start-up to Innovator Founder

• Extending Innovator leave (which will become Innovator Founder leave)

• Settlement applications
